"Neighborhood Bully" is about how Israel's enemies depict the Jewish State. They portray it as a bully. 

Of course that is complete nonsense. Israel is actually the kid that is living in a dangerous neighborhood filled with bullies.

Dylan takes the anti-Semitic and anti-Israel bunch to the lecture room and educates them!
