 WE survived a hellishly hot and humid Manic Monday! WE hit the El Tigre Convenience Store for gas and a Dr. Pepper soda. WE glanced over at the ATM and saw green! A 20 dollar bill was hiding there! Apparently, someone withdrew money in a hurry or was distracted. Perhaps the ATM shyly coughed up a 20? The 20 came home with US. Then WE found a penny! A good day!  A Border Patrol helicopter flies over the old Dublin Ranch. The pilot must salivate as he profiles US. In the late 1970s the Border Patrol would arrogantly drive into the ranch and head for the cornfield at the bottom of the place. Grandpa had US 3 boys helping with the corn harvest. Pick by hand. WE would wait for the Professional Border Patrol Profilers. They would greet US in Spanish. WE would answer in English. The 2 agents deflated like punctured balloons. They knew WE were Americans. It has been a rainy 2 weeks!  The squash, tomato, watermelon and honeydew melons will benefit from GOD'S irrigation!
